SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN: 'STILL LIFE SF' FOR EAST DARJEELING

East Darjeeling introduces 'Still Life in San Francisco: A portrait of women around the city.” In this series, we gathered a group of inspiring women that embody San Francisco. Drawing on inspiration, ranging from Dutch painters in the 16th century to Paul Cézanne, we attempt to create a modern still life scene. Instead of flowers in a vase, each woman is outfitted with real floral headpieces built by artist @elissawaverly and surrounded by meaningful objects of their choice. In this contemporary twist on the still life art form, our intention is to paint a picture of women in the city and to capture a still moment in their ever bustling San Francisco lives. These women inspire our next collection of silk floral headpieces.
